This document sets out our terms that Clients must agree to in order to use our services. These terms are likely to change without advance notice.

1. Alsachi Corporate Services (Alsachi) agrees to provide the service only for the vacancies contracted for, to the best of its ability. The service will be provided based on a written brief (in Hindi or English) of the job description, or qualifications and/or skills of the candidate(s) required, for the said vacancy.

2. Alsachi will make best efforts to short list candidates based on the written parameters provided by the Client, but takes no responsibility for the accuracy of this exercise.

3. Service charges @ one month's gross salary of the employed candidate(s), unless otherwise agreed upon, along with applicable taxes, is payable within 12 calendar days of the candidate's joining. Taxes, where applicable, will be payable by the Client at the rate in force on the date of invoicing.
   Service charges are subject to review from time to time.

4. The Service Charges are based on our understanding of the Client's requirements. Alsachi reserves the right to bill for additional charges for time and effort spent in excess of those estimated as a result of delays due to any act or omission of the Client; or for outstation travel, accommodation and subsistence if the Client demands.

5. A free replacement will be provided if a candidate leaves the job of his/her own accord within 45 calendar days of joining employment, provided service charges have been realised in full.

6. Alsachi will not be liable for any loss of data, information, particulars supplied by the Clients due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data, or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Alsachi's reasonable control including, but not limited to, strike, riots, civil unrest, government policies, tampering or corruption of data, war and natural calamities.

7. Alsachi will commence work only upon receipt of a written acceptance of the Terms of Service Agreement by an authorised representative of the Client, and a written job description or parametres about the candidate(s) being sought.

8. Alsachi, under certain crcumstances and at its own discretion, might charge a non-refundable seriousness fee in advance, to be adjusted against the final invoice amount.

9. Alsachi does not conduct any background checks of individuals, and is in no way liable for any information given by candidates. This service is provided in good faith. It is the Client's sole responsibility to check and verify the correctness and authenticity of all claims made by a candidate, at their cost.

10. In accepting the Terms of Service set above, the Client authorises Alsachi Corporate Services to proceed with all relevant preparations for providing the services. The Client also agrees to be bound by these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (including any terms or conditions which the Client purports to apply under any previous agreements or other document). You represent and warrant that you have the legal power and authority to enter into this agreement and that, if the Client is an entity, this document is accepted by an employee or agent with all necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Service.
